….MIND over matter….

As most of you know our next challenge is to play golf for 24 hours, without stopping, in order to raise funds and awareness for the mental health charity MIND. The challenge in itself is just as much mentally tiring as it is physically, trying to stay awake whilst chasing a little white ball round a field for 24hours is not a easy task, its bad enough on a normal round of golf! The quote:- “Be confused, it’s where you begin to learn new things. Be broken, it’s where you begin to heal. Be frustrated, it’s where you start to make more authentic decisions. Be sad, because if we are brave enough we can hear our heart’s wisdom through it. Be whatever you are right now. No more hiding. You are worthy, always. by S C Lourie is quite apt for our challenge. We have now set up a JustGiving page for donations to MIND, the link is https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/the-musketeers-golf If any golfers are interested in joining us or supporting us in other ways please do not hesitate to contact us.
