I had another 3hour dance practice session last night ahead of my 24hr dance marathon on 10th-11th November for DiabetesUK.
We recorded the dances and numbers and were surprised when we found out we had done 48 dances in total over the 3 hours with a steady mix of Waltz, Fox Trot, Tango, Rumba, Salsa and Cha Cha Cha, it will be interesting to see how many are danced over the full 24hrs.
Please donate if you are able to the link below will take to the JustGiving page

The musketeers had the huge privilege to meet the charity team at Great Ormond Street Hospital this week and present them with a cheque for the sum of £11,258 raised through the Mini Mayhem Challenge.
It was an amazing day, they gave us a tour of the buildings at GOSH and explained where the money goes and what they do, its really worthwhile looking into if you have the time. Visiting GOSH and seeing what can be done makes it all worthwhile. A massive thank you to all those that have supported us and donated to this great charity.
The challenge was accepted and completed in style. The three minis and their teams of drivers crossed the finish line on Saturday afternoon. Following 10 days of driving, camping, getting lost, breaking down (cars, not drivers!) and generally having an amazing time they managed to drive around the coast of the UK.
The support network behind them was amazing and were all present to welcome them home.
There was a huge amount of support on the journey from various source, such as:
