Yesterday we had our first session on the water with Harbour Challenge Activities in Poole, it was a bit chilly but a great time in the Kayaks, very good teaching from our coach Jordan!
Despite the wet and windy weather we have been out on our bikes this morning to maintain our fitness, got very wet and muddy! 
The team are working hard in the gym and pool getting fit and ready for the spring kayak training. The priority at the moment is to get fit, whilst waiting for the water to warm up a bit!!
